Mission Project:
This morning we are raising funds to help purchase mattresses for the National marae at Ohope. Join in the bucket of fun. Thank you for your donations.

Eatwell Fruit & Vege Co-op:
Market-fresh fruit & vegetables. Packs $15 or $10. Text or phone 022 123 3663 or
Facebook: facebook.com/eatwelltimaru & message to order, for a pack each Thursday for pick up on the following Tuesday.
As you are aware fruit and vegetable prices are increasing, and the demand for budget priced food is on the rise. If you can help by donating any surplus fruit or vegetables from your garden the Eatwell team would be very appreciative.
Family Works Food Bank:
The Food bank gratefully receives all general sorts of items and can include the following:
- Shampoo, conditioner & Deodorants, for both men and women.
- Hand cream and soap.
- Items for children’s lunches may include: budget biscuits, muesli bars and small packets of potato chips that come in a large bag that include several flavours.
- Spreads
- 750g or less blocks of cheese.
Timaru Presbyterian Women Lunch Group: Meets Wed, 15 May at St Stephens Worship Centre, at 12.30pm commencing with a shared lunch. Sales Table. Guest Speaker: Natasha from Trade Aid will speak on how business will be conducted in the future as a visible shop will no longer exist. Zumba: Gold Exercise Group:
Meets Wednesdays 1pm to 2pm at St Stephens Hall.

Community Lunch:
Our first planned meal will be May 28 (fourth Tuesday of the month.) This is a 2 course meal mains and a dessert. This luncheon is an outreach and we do welcome those who wish to join us. The lunch this year will cost $13 and this is payable at the door.
We are seeking more help especially in the preparation of the food.

Girls & Boys Brigade 2024:
We are holding a Grocery Raffle to assist with fees. Any donations of groceries would be much appreciated and can be left in the box in the Foyer marked Girls and Boys Brigade. The Raffle will be drawn on the 22 May. Thank you.

9 May Bible Society Prayer Day:
We meet at the Bible Chapel Lounge (Cnr Avenue Rd & Church St) from 12 -1pm on Thursday 9 May for the Bible Society International Prayer Meeting. Bring your own lunch. Tea and coffee provided.
LINK Deliver required:
Due to a retirement from the LINK Team after several years of service, Indi & Karunai Jeevaratnam, a deliverer is required in the Mountain View area. 2 bundles to 1 residence, 1 bundle to 1 residence within the Mountainview Village plus 1 Bundle each to residences in Pages Rd, Kent St, and Old North Road. Please advise the office if able to commit once a month to this Parish Service. Thank you Indi and your driver for your help over the years.
