I Wonder Holiday Programme: We had a successful July School Holiday Programme. We could not have done it without our selfless, generous, thoughful volunteers. You have helped make a difference in the lives of many.

Plant Sale is on 18 September: Do you have spare pots for potting up plants for the Plant Sale? If you do, please leave, or pick up from the Church Foyers.
Mission Group Family Works are in need of cot blankets and jerseys, as well as knitted slippers. If you are interested in knitting a cot blanket, or part of, here is the pattern: Easy Cot Blanket Pattern: Wool – Double knitting, Needles – No 8, Cast on 40 stitches. Work 60 rows in garter stitch. Change colour and repeat until 6 colours have been knitted. Repeat until you have 5 strips. Join strips.
In conjunction with the current knitting project the Mission Group have decided to include cot blankets. These will be made from used blankets and have a bound or crocheted edge. If you have any surplus double bed blankets that you would be prepared to donate for this project, please phone Elaine on 686. 0870.
Live Streaming: Every Sunday morning at the 10.30am service at St Stephens.
Food Bank Items: Suggestions from Family Works. This is as well as the usual general sort of items: Deodorants, shampoo and conditioner for both men and women. Hand cream and soap. Items for children’s lunches may include: budget biscuits, muesli bars and small packets of potato chips that come in a large bag that include several flavours. Also spreads and 750g or less blocks of cheese. Thank you.
Bible Society Quiz: Our Bible Quiz will take place on Sunday 25 July at Wilson St Baptist Hall. We will have a shared lunch from 1pm followed by the Quiz at 2pm. Arrange your team (up to 6) or come along and join a team. No prior study required, but bring your bible. Cost $5pp or $20 per family. Proceeds going to Bibles for refugees and migrants. Yoga for Seniors on Chairs: This ‘not on the floor’ exercise programme meets each Thursday at 2pm in Room 1 at Trinity. This is for men and women.
