Daffodils: Thank you to the helpers who picked, bunched and sold the daffodils. We raised $1,300.00 to go towards the centre table in the St Stephens kitchen.

Presbyterian Womens Lunch Group: Meets Wed 21 Oct at ST STEPHENS. Wai-iti Rd, 12.30pm. Shared Lunch. Guest Speaker: Dawn Ussher on “Trekking the Himalayas”. Sales Table. Bible Society Renovation Safari: Sunday 18 October at 2pm at the new Connect Church at 44a Rothwell St, then to Covenant Grace Baptist Church, Archer St, then Life Church, Morgans Rd and finish with afternoon tea at St Stephens, Wai-iti Rd. Donations to Bibles in the Middle East. Come and enjoy an interesting afternoon.
A Prior Notice from the Mission and Community Group: Buy and Supply will resume on Sunday 1 November. St. John’s charity bus service to Christchurch hospital will benefit from these donations, so keep them coming!
Christian World Service: Invite you to the CWS Supporters’ Council, 7:30-9:30pm, Fri 30 Oct in the Wananga Room, Aldersgate at 309 Durham St, Christchurch or by Zoom. ‘Who are we? Learning from the Past, Looking to the Future’. Speaker: Professor David Tombs, Centre for Theology & Public Issues, University of Otago.
