Cancer Society – Relay For Life:  Saturday 11 March 10am to 10pm. Join us to form another ‘Timaru Presbyterian Team’.  Please support us by placing a donation on the Sheet on the table in the Foyer.  Phone Neil  021 038 9229 or Murray 686 1629.

Rhythm Kids – Music and Movement for pre-schoolers. Resumes at 10am Tuesday 21 February at the Trinity Community  Centre. We would really welcome two or three more people to assist with the adults’ morning tea, meet and greet the families, be alongside the families doing the programme and generally being a  happy welcoming face to these young families and the Hanan Kindy Kids. This request is to help spread the load. Just  offering to help once during the school term time will be invaluable.

Presbyterian Women Lunch Group:  Meet Wednesday 15 February at the Wai-iti Road Worship Centre at 12.30pm. Shared Lunch. Sales Table . Guest Speaker: Carolyn Prebble, Community Banker with ASB speaking on a variety of topics – “Financial Services and Support for people fleeing relationships/Family Harm, Digital Literacy, Financial Literacy” etc.  Carolyn travels down from Christchurch so has  included the Group into her working day. Trinity Community Garden needs you!!!! We need people to take a turn to be at the gardens on a Tuesday (currently at 11am – 12.30pm); maybe on a Saturday morning at a time to be decided. Weeding, planting, watering are the tasks and as we develop more garden beds, to help with the work. It has been a real pleasure to see the herb garden flourish and the vegetables growing well considering the dry weather and the need to keep the watering up!!! We just need a few people to give 90 minutes of their time once a month!!! Contact Helen if you can help ph 021 768 973.

Our Movie nights are beginning again for 2023. The next movie “Indivisible” is based on a true-life experience of an Army chaplain and his family that he leaves behind as he goes to the war front. The challenging journey to serve God, family and country amidst trials, difficulties and normal family life. This is a great movie for the whole family with a bit of action and the constant journey of commitment for God and family. This movie will be held on the 4th March at 7pm at Wilson Street. Costs of $10 for two people, $20 for  family to go towards expenses.

Easter is coming and we have a great selection of stock for your Children’s resources. From pictorial board books to easy to read stories of the Easter Story. We are also providing an in store activity in March to make Holy Week Bracelets.
