Community Lunch:
Our next lunch is 26 October at 12 noon at St Stephens Church Hall. Please join with us as we celebrate the warm weather cost $10 payable at the door. To reserve your place at the table please contact Bev 686 1207, Sid 684 3478 or the office ph 686 0981.
Buy and Supply: Is underway. The money raised will be forwarded to Family Work’s for their ‘Grandparents helping Grand-children’ programme. Please support this worthwhile project.
Jam Session: We will meet on Wednesday, 27 October 7pm‑8.30pm at St Stephens. If you play an instrument and would like to play in the music group, come along. Contact: Brent ph 686 1382.
Combined Church’s Prayer Meeting: On 31 October at 7pm in the Elim Church, 7 Elizabeth Place, Timaru, we have our combined churches prayer meeting. We encourage our congregations to be involved – this prayer meeting is a great reminder of our unity and shared mission
Do your bread tags end up in the rubbish bin? Instead, help save the environment by dropping them in the designated jar in the foyer. Money raised will provide wheelchairs in South Africa.

Food Bank Items: Suggestions from Family Works. This is as well as the usual general sort of items: Deodorants, shampoo and conditioner for both men and women. Hand cream and soap. Items for children’s lunches may include: budget biscuits, muesli bars and small packets of potato chips that come in a large bag that include several flavours. Also spreads and 750g or less blocks of cheese. Thank you.
