AGM:
The Annual General Meeting will be held after the service this morning. For those who have not received the Annual Report on email, there are a few copies in the foyer.
There will be a congregation meeting following the AGM about the Wayfinder proposal with a motion as to applying to Church Property Trustees to use PIF funds to support this mission.
The Parish Council has gone through the discernment process and will present Judith Begg, Steph Holland and Lois Shipley for re-election to the council.
Pure Books :

The Community Club:
Community Club meet Tuesdays, 1.00-3.30pm at St Stephens for Cards 500. New members welcome. Contact: Marian ph 684 4351 or Dorothy ph 686 2265.
Family Works Food Bank:
The Food bank gratefully receives all general sorts of items and can include the following:
- Shampoo, conditioner & Deodorants, for both men and women.
- Hand cream and soap.
- Items for children’s lunches may include: budget biscuits, muesli bars and small packets of potato chips that come in a large bag that include several flavours.
- Spreads
- 750g or less blocks of cheese.

- Harvest Table:
The final Harvest Table will be raising funds for the ‘Timaru Community Christmas Lunch’ event to be held in the Caroline Bay Hall. Let’s make it a bumper donation!
Grapevine Magazine: There are several copies of the Grapevine Magazine on the table in the Foyer. There are lots of interesting articles in it. Take and read.
