Mission Group: – Harvest Table start up time is now Sunday 29 September. We will be collecting funds for the St John’s Ambulance.
Upcoming Dates and Combined Worship:
29 September at 9.30am at Trinity Long Term Vision discussion.
13 October at 9.30am at Trinity Combined Worship
25 October – Deadline for written feedback on the plan for Parish Council’s consideration.
24 November at 10.30am at St Stephens Congregational meeting to approve the long term vision.
A “huge thank you” from the Plant Sale and Baking Stall: Thank you for the wonderful effort of those who baked, those who contributed baking ingredients/money, and to the helpers who set up and worked on the stall. Also to all those awesome gardeners for their efforts with plantings and support setting up the hall and those working on the tables on Saturday this is a great effort from everyone. Thanks again! We made a total of $5,107.70 on the day and still more to come in.
Bible Society Safari: Our Safari will take place on Saturday 12 October at 1 pm, beginning at the Church St Chapel. We will visit 4 local Pacific congregations, some of whom will sing for us. Come and join us as we share their stories. Afternoon tea is provided. Cost is $5 pp and $20 per family.

Family Works Food Bank:
The Food bank gratefully receives all general sorts of items and can include the following:
- Shampoo, conditioner & Deodorants, for both men and women.
- Hand cream and soap.
- Items for children’s lunches may include: budget biscuits, muesli bars and small packets of potato chips that come in a large bag that include several flavours.
- Spreads
- 750g or less blocks of cheese.

Operation Christmas Child:
The Shoeboxes have arrived! Final date for collection is 1 October 2024.
You are all invited to support this by providing goods or filling your own box or making a donation. Each box is to contain a fun toy, clothing, school supplies, hygiene item and a “wow” item for boys and girls in ages 2-14 years. Please remember to include the transport cost of $12.50 per box if you complete a box. There will also be some ideas for gifts. For further information contact Linda phone 688 9366.
New World Stickers:
We are once again collecting New World Stickers for the Kitchen Aid glass storage containers that we will pass on to Family Works. Please leave in both Church Foyers or the Church office.
