Mission Group: – **Date Alterations**
– Eatwell Birthday Gathering is now to be held at Robert Harris Coffee Lounge on Thursday 19 September, NOT 20 September as previously listed.
– Harvest Table start up time is now Sunday 29 September. We will be collecting funds for the St John’s Ambulance.
Upcoming Dates and Combined Worship:
29 September at 9.30am at Trinity Congregational hui after combined worship to discuss the proposal
13 October at 9.30am at Trinity Combined Worship
25 October – Deadline for written feedback on the plan for Parish Council’s consideration
24 November at 10.30am at St Stephens Congregational meeting to approve the long term vision.
Trinity Community Garden needs you!!!! We need people to take a turn to be at the gardens on a Tuesday 2.30pm. Weeding, planting, watering are the tasks and as we develop more garden beds, to help with the work and, we just need a few people to give 90 minutes of their time once a month!!! TP Kids Playgroup:

Jam Session:
Meets on Wednesday 18 September. 7.00pm-8.30pm at St Stephens. If you play an instrument and would like to play in the music group, come along. Contact: Brent 686 1382.
Timaru Presbyterian Women’s Lunch Group:
The monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday 18 September at the Wai‑iti Road Worship Centre starting at 12.30pm with a shared Lunch. Sales Table. Please support this table as by doing so we can help others.
Guest Speaker: Mr Russell Cowles of the Lions Club will be speaking on the Club’s Project of raising money for the Lifeboat Alexandra’s restoration and housing thereof. Other Personnel may also be in attendance.

Operation Christmas Child:
The Shoeboxes have arrived! You are all invited to support this by providing goods or filling your own box or making a donation. Each box is to contain a fun toy, clothing, school supplies, hygiene item and a “wow” item for boys and girls in ages 2-14 years. Please remember to include the transport cost of $12.50 per box if you complete a box. Boxes will be at each venue to put the goods in. There will also be some ideas for gifts. Final date for collection is 1 October 2024. For further information contact Linda phone 688 9366.
A “huge thank you” for the wonderful effort of those who baked for the Baking stall, those who contributed baking ingredients/money, and to the helpers who set up and worked on the stall. Also to all those awesome gardeners for their efforts with plantings and support setting up the hall and those working on the tables on Saturday this is a Great effort from everyone. Thanks again!
New World Stickers:
We are once again collecting New World Stickers for the Kitchen Aid glass storage containers that we will pass on to Family Works. Please leave in both Church Foyers or the Church office.
