Mission Group:  –  **2 Date Alterations**
–              Eatwell Birthday Gathering is now to     be held at Robert Harris Coffee                Lounge on Thursday 19 September,      NOT 20 September as previously                listed.
–              Harvest Table start up time is now         Sunday 29 September.  We will be                         collecting funds for the St John’s            Ambulance.
–              Thank-you for your generous Bucket     Mission donations last Sunday. We                raised $340.30, and this will help to      cover the cost of a donated $15                mixed fruit and vegetable bag that         goes to Family Works each week.

Plant Sale—9am Saturday 14 September at the St Stephens Church complex:

Wide variety of plants ~ Baking &  Preserves Sales Table ~ Free Kids   Activities.  Please bring along a bag for your purchases.  Any questions or queries, please contact:  Murray phone 686 1629.

Floral posies for Upcoming Plant Sale:  Diane, Joy & Elaine will be making the very popular floral posies for our Plant Sale soon.  They need Leucodendrons, Proteas and Spinning or Silver Dollar Gum stems (as long as possible). If you can help please deliver your contribution to, 46 Morgan’s Road on Thursday 12 September. Thank you for your help.

Changes of Address etc:

New World Stickers: 

We are once again collecting New World Stickers for the Kitchen Aid glass storage         containers that we will pass on to Family Works.  Please leave in both Church Foyers or the Church office.

Alpine Presbytery Newsletter: 

Keep up to date on what is happening in our Alpine Presbytery.  A few copies of the Newsletter are being placed on the table in Foyers each week.  Pick up a copy, you might find something of interest in it.  If you are not on our email list and would like a copy emailed, please contact our office  phone 686 0981.

Operation Christmas Child:

The Shoeboxes have arrived!  You are all invited to support this by providing goods or    filling your own box or making a donation.  Each box is to contain a fun toy, clothing, school supplies, hygiene item and a “wow” item for boys and girls in ages 2-14 years.  Please remember to include the transport cost of $12.50 per box if you complete a box.  Boxes will be at each venue to put the goods in.  There will also be some ideas for gifts.  Final date for collection is 1 October 2024.  For further information contact Linda phone 688 9366.
