Jam Session:
Meets on Wednesday 21 August. 7.00pm-8.30pm at St Stephens. If you play an instrument and would like to play in the music group, come along.

Community Lunch:
Our last lunch for the winter series will be 27 August at 12noon at St Stephens church hall. To book your place at the table Please phone Bev 686-0858 or the Church office phone 686-0981
We will return on 26 November for our Christmas Meal.
Timaru Presbyterian Women Lunch Group:
The monthly meeting of the Lunch Group will be held on Wednesday 21 August at the Wai-iti Road Worship Centre starting at 12.30pm with a shared Lunch. Sales Table. Guest Speaker: Mrs Sharon Leonard, Co-ordinator of The St Vincent de Paul Society Op Shop. Sharon will be speaking on the various services the Society provides along with the running of their shop. Items of clothing will be on display and modelled while Sharon is speaking.

Empty Toilet Paper Rolls are needed to make seedling pots for a children’s activity at the Plant Sale. Please save up your empty rolls and place them in the box in the church foyer. Thank you for your help!
Plant Sale—Saturday 14 September at the St Stephens Church complex:

Baking & Preserves Sales Table:
Alongside the Annual Plant Sale, planned for Saturday 14 September 2024, we are again running the Baking and Preserves Sales Table.
We know you have green fingers and are busy potting up your favourite flower plants, but some of you also have “golden fingers” when it comes to your amazing baking skills.
We would love you to “tempt our tastebuds” again with your favourite homemade baking treats, savoury goods and preserves. There is nothing nicer than enjoying a homemade cookie with your cuppa…..
Perhaps you would prefer to supply some baking ingredients (butter/sugar/fruit) or offer a monetary donation to assist someone else create a delicious treat?
Please leave any ingredients/money at the Church Office, or in either College/Wai‑iti Rd Church foyers (labelled “Baking Stall”) If possible, before Sunday 8 September please.

TP Kids Playgroup:

Operation Christmas Child:
You are all invited to support this by providing goods or filling your own box or making a donation. Each box is to contain a fun toy, clothing, school supplies, hygiene item and a “wow” item for boys and girls in ages 2-14 years.
Please remember to include the transport cost of $12.50 per box if you complete a box. Boxes will be at each venue to put the goods in. There will also be some ideas for gifts. Final date for collection is 1 October 2024. For further information contact Linda phone 688 9366.
Trinity Community Garden needs you!!!! We need people to take a turn to be at the gardens on a Tuesday 2.30pm. Weeding, planting, watering are the tasks and as we develop more garden beds, to help with the work and, we just need a few people to give 90 minutes of their time once a month!!! Yoga for Seniors on Chairs:
This is ‘not on the floor’ exercise programme meets each Thursday at 2pm in the Hall at the Trinity Community Centre. This is for men and women. $3 donation to assist with expenses is appreciated. Draft Budget:
The Draft Budget for the 2024/2025 year is available on the table in Church Foyers. A congregational meeting will be held at St Stephens on 1 September to approve this budget.
