AGM 26 November at Trinity:
Apologies: Can still be accepted until the meeting date
Information for AGM—Any information to be discussed at the AGM must be in to the Parish Clerk by Wednesday 8 November.
Nomination Forms: These should be all signed and in to the Office by 12 noon on Wednesday 8 November.
Mission Project: The Mission Project for November will be raising funds for the Christmas angel project managed by Family Works. Our Parish will be the Christmas Angel for a family of mum and dad and three children.
Trinity Roster for Dec 2023/Jan/Feb 2024 : If you are NOT available to go on this roster, please let Carol know by 15 November on Ph 686 0981 or email on: admin@timarupres.org.nz
Community Lunch:: Christmas Special: 28 November at St Stephens Hall at 12noon. A time to gather for a celebration and enjoy Christmas thanksgiving. We welcome all who wish to attend. Cost $12 payable at the door. For Bookings Ph Bev 686 0858 or Church Office 686 0981

Eatwell Fruit & Vege Co-op: Market-fresh fruit & vegetables. Packs $15 or $10. Text or phone 022 123 3663 or Facebook: facebook.com/eatwelltimaru & message to order, for a pack each Thursday for pick up on the following Tuesday.
As you are aware fruit and vegetable prices are increasing, and the demand for budget priced food is on the rise. If you can help by donating any surplus fruit or vegetables from your garden the Eatwell team would be very appreciative.
Family Works Food Bank: The Food bank gratefully receives all general sorts of items and can include the following:
- Shampoo, conditioner & Deodorants, for both men and women.
- Hand cream and soap.
- Items for children’s lunches may include: budget biscuits, muesli bars and small packets of potato chips that come in a large bag that include several flavours.
- Spreads
- 750g or less blocks of cheese.
A Huge Thank you : To all the folk who organised and donated their New World coupons to the church’s collection. These coupons have been cashed up and there is a great selection of Pots, Pans & Utensils forwarded on to Family Works.
The Harvest Table—We look forward to any contributions you may have to bring along each Sunday, thank you. Up until Christmas we will be raising funds to support our local Riding for Disabled group.
