Bucket Mission—An error was made with the total amount raised to assist with postal assistance for the Christmas Boxes.  The correct figure was $221.50.  Sorry for the error.

Presbyterian Women Lunch Group:  Will be  held on Wednesday 18 October at St Stephens, Wai-iti Road 12.30pm commencing with a shared lunch.  Sales Table.  Guest Speakers: Valarie Watkinson (Team Leader) Therapy Pets Service with Volunteer Sue and dog Ruby.  The Pets Service is of great benefit to those in   Residential Care, Hospitals, Healthcare Facilities and Schools etc.  Pets have a very calming manner for both young and old.  Apologies or rides please contact   Dianne 686 0440, Dawn 686 0595 or Robyn 688 1948.

The Harvest Table—The Mission group decided to re-name the Buy and Supply  table to, The Harvest Table.  We look forward to any contributions you may have to bring along each Sunday, thank you.  Up until Christmas we will be raising funds to support our local Riding for Disabled group.

Information for AGM—Any information to be discussed at the AGM must be in to the Parish Clerk by Wednesday 8 November.

Nomination Forms:  These should be all signed and in to the Office by 12 noon on Wednesday 8 November.

Trinity Community Garden needs you!!!!  We need people to take a turn to be at the gardens on a Tuesday 2.30pm. Weeding, planting, watering are the tasks and as we develop more garden beds, to help with the work and, we just need a few people to give 90 minutes of their time once a month!!!  Contact Helen if you can help ph 021 768 973.

Bible Society Safari—Saturday 28 October—On 28 October at 1.30pm we begin at the newly renovated Connect Church, travelling from church to church by car or car pool. Exploring the Tongan Wesleyan church, Basilica and finishing with an Afternoon tea at St Mary’s.  We explore each church’s history and influence into the Timaru community. Come and join us as we explore our town and fundraise for Women in oppressed countries. Further information can be found on the biblesociety.org.nz website.

The AGM of the Presbyterian Support Services S C Inc—Will be held on Wed 18 October at 7pm in the lounge of The Park Centre, 20 Queen Street, Timaru.  Minutes of the last AGM are available on our website (http://pssc.org.nz/resources).  Guest Speaker: Sue Shewan, PSSC Volunteer Coordinator.  All members, supporters and friends are welcome to attend.
