Mission Group: A special request. If you have an Eatwell cloth bag at home could you please return it. Because of increased orders we sometimes don’t have sufficient material bags and have to opt for brown paper ones which create extra expense. Thank you.
AGM: Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 29 August after the Combined Service at St Stephens at 10.30am.

Plant Sale is on 18 September: Now is the time to pot up those plants for the Plant Sale. Please look around your garden (or your friend’s garden!) to find cuttings to pot up, so they can grow roots by 18 September. Empty pots are also welcome, but we MUCH prefer the full ones! Combined Church’s Prayer Meeting: On 29 August at 7pm in the Elim Church, 7 Elizabeth Place, Timaru, we have our combined churches prayer meeting.. We encourage our congregations to be involved – this prayer meeting is a great reminder of our unity and shared mission.
Food Bank Items: Suggestions from Family Works. This is as well as the usual general sort of items: Deodorants, shampoo and conditioner for both men and women. Hand cream and soap. Items for children’s lunches may include: budget biscuits, muesli bars and small packets of potato chips that come in a large bag that include several flavours. Also spreads and 750g or less blocks of cheese. Thank you.
