Thought For The Week 2 May 2021

This week, with the help of our coordinator Jo Chang, we have started planning for our July school holiday programme.

Last year, due to the effects of COVID, it was not possible for us to run our holiday programmes as usual.  This year we begin again with a renewed sense of energy and purpose.

Through our holiday programme we have the opportunity to bless families in our community and to introduce them to seeds of the Gospel.

Holiday programme is fun, dynamic and filled with opportunities to learn and grow – both for the kids who attend, and the volunteers who make it all possible.

Over the next several weeks, as our plans take shape, you may well be asked if you’d like to participate or contribute in some way.  In the meantime, take the chance to pray about how you might help, be it helping to set up, volunteering during the  programme itself, or supporting the team through prayer.

I’m looking forward to it, and I’m sure you are too!
