Plant Sale and Cake Stall: Thank you to all those who contributed or bought items. We raised a combined total of $4,253
Do your bread tags end up in the rubbish bin? Instead, help save the environment by dropping them in the designated jar in the foyer. Money raised will provide wheelchairs. See the Link for more Info

Zumba Gold Exercises: Do come along and enjoy exercise and fun. Wednesdays weekly at St Stephen’s Hall at 1pm.
Alpine Presbytery Newsletter: Keep up to date on what is happening in our Alpine Presbytery. A few copies of the Newsletter are being placed on the table in Foyers each week. Pick up a copy, you might find something of interest in it. If you are not on our email list and would like a copy emailed, please contact our office ph 686 0981.
Early Churches in and around Timaru: Selling these books for $20. $10 which will stay with TPP the other $10 goes towards the Hamilton’s costs. A sample is in the foyer. Call into the office to purchase.
Winter Lunch: Our next meal is this Tuesday 24 September. We welcome diners to join us at St Stephens at 12noon for this 2 course meal. Cost of meal $10. Please contact Bev Ph 686 1207 if you are intending to come.

The Collection of knitted and crocheted teddy bears for the Christchurch Neo-Natal unit has now finished. A big thank you for those that supported this Mission Group activity.

Operation Christmas Child
You are all invited to support this by providing items as above or make a contribution towards transport costs which is $10 per box. If you wish to fill your own box please remember to include the transport cost of $10. A box will be in each foyer for you to put in the items or leave the donation. I will have a supply of the OCC boxes available soon.
Each box is to contain:
- something to wear,
- something to play with,
- something for school,
- something to love,
- something special
- something for personal hygiene
For boys and girls in ages 2-14 years. The boxes from New Zealand generally go to Asia or Pacific Island country.

Hospice South Canterbury Carer Skills Programme: The Carer Skills programme is designed to support & develop skills of family members and friends (also called informal carers) to better look after loved ones who are on their end-of-life journey.
The carer skills programme is a Hospice South Canterbury initiative with a range of local guest speakers presenting and informing each week.
SIX compact sessions over 6 weeks. There is no charge.
