Mission Project this morning: Bucket Mission at St Stephens and the Retiring Offering at Trinity will be raising funds for Global Mission work in North India.
Mission Group News: ‘Buy and Supply’: Thank you to all. Winter Knitting: If you are keen to get your needles clicking again the Hanan and Kowhai Kindergartens would appreciate small beanies or slippers that their children can wear on cold days. More knitting details will follow soon.
ANZAC Day: Did anyone take any photos on ANZAC Day of any of the Services. We would like some for this months LINK please. Send to link@timarupres.org.nz
Rhythm Kids Birthday Celebration: The RK family are going to celebrate their first birthday on Tuesday 8th May. We would love you to join us. You will be assured of a very friendly welcome. Come and meet the families and see what we do at the fun music and movement programme. Trinity Community Centre. 10am to 11am. Helen and the RK team.
Bible Society Day of Prayer: We will meet on Wednesday 9 May at 12noon at Room 1 at Trinity Hall. Bring your own lunch. Tea and Coffee are provided. This is open for everyone who wants to join us in prayer.
College Road Roster for June/July/Aug: Please phone the Office 686 0981 or Mollie 688-3355 if you are NOT available to be on the roster over the next 3 months. Please reply by Thurs 10 May. ALSO: We need people to volunteer to help with Morning Tea Duties please. Male or Female
Good Companions: Meet in St Stephen’s lounge 2pm, Thursday 10 May. Speaker: Helen Wilson from St John, will be talking about personal alarms. All Welcome.
Basement Garage Sale: Saturday 12 May at Trinity Community Centre. 9am – 12.30pm. Wow! We have received a fantastic variety of items to date. The last days for bringing household and clothing items will be this coming Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 1pm – 4pm. Pricing will be done on Friday. Baking and produce can be brought on Friday from 1pm – 4pm. We NEED helpers with pricing on Friday. Please contact Helen 021 768 973 or 684 6403 (leave message) if you can help sell on Saturday. Prayer Breakfast: Will not be held this month due to Basement Sale.
Presbyterian Women Lunch Group: Meet Wednesday 16 May in Room 1, Trinity Hall at 12.30pm. Shared lunch. Guest Speaker: Jennifer Black on her trip to London to visit family with sightseeing and a visit to Italy.
Winter Lunch: We need to get a team together to run these. Our first lunch will be Tuesday 22 May. Can you help with this once a month meal time? Contact Bev 686 1207.
