Mission Project:  November’s Mission   Project is:  24/7 Youth Work.  We raised $253.30  Thank you all for your donations.

Journey 21:  Meets at C-Bay carpark, 9am, Sunday 15 November.  The theme for  November is ‘Festivities and Food’.  All welcome. Contact:  Ellen  ph  03 685 6126.

Presbyterian Women’s Lunch Group:  Meets Wednesday 18 November at Robert Harris Café, 209 Hilton Highway, Washdyke at 12.30pm. This is the final get-together for 2020.  Ladies of the Parish feel free to join in for Fellowship.  Please let  Dianne know of your attendance by Monday 16 November contact 686 0440 and also if a ride is required.

Lunch Group have booked a table for the Trash n Treasure for Saturday 28 November, so if there are any  Parishioners along with the Group who wish to move items on whether it be baking, plants, small items, in fact anything that other folk would just love to purchase please let Dianne ph 686 0440 or Robyn ph 688 1948 know.

Boys Brigade are selling Mini Pavlovas for $15 for a dozen.  Please contact Fiona ph 688 3075 or fill in the form on the clipboard being passed around during the service.  Thank you for supporting Boys Brigade.

Combined Stir up Sunday, 22 November at 10am at Trinity—A BBQ lunch with families will follow the service.  Please bring food for a BBQ.  All welcome.

TRASH ‘N TREASURE:  Sat 28 November starting at 9am at St Stephens.  Pay $20 and hire a table to display items for sale.  You may choose to donate part or all of the profit to the Church.  Suggestions of items include collectables, plants, baking, linen etc.  Not big items.  The person hiring the table would be responsible for setting up their table and at the end of the sale, items unsold would be returned to the   seller.  You may wish to share a table with others.  Phone Bev 686 1207 or email:  bquigley1@kinect.co.nz to book a table or if you are able to help with the organization.  Please make payment of the $20 for the table at the Church Office.

NZ COVID Tracer poster is on our entrance doors. Scan the poster with the NZ COVID  Tracer App to keep track of where you have been, or fill in the Contract Tracer forms on the table in Foyers to protect yourself and your community.  Ministry of Health.

The Community Club:  Tuesdays, 1.30-3.30pm at St Stephens for Cards 500 and Indoor Bowls.  New members welcome. Contact:  Sid & Hazel 684 3478.

Mission Group :  – Buy and Supply is now up and running again. To date we have raised almost $100 for the St. John’s Charity bus service to Christchurch Hospital. Buy and Supply will continue raising money for this charity till the end of Dec.

– A Special Christmas Gift Collection will run from 15th Nov till 13th Dec. This year we are collecting gifts for teenage boys, which Family Works will distribute. Recommended suggestions are : sun screen, swimming, movie, or Flip Out vouchers.

– The next Bucket Mission will happen on Sunday 6th December with the proceeds going to Family Works for Christmas gifts for teenage boys.

Bookings of Rooms in Both Complexes:  Please remember to check with the Office and book in your group before you advertise it.  This prevent double bookings.  Office Phone 686 0981.
